Northlandia is live! Plus a new enemy and equipment guide.

First, thank you for your patience and understanding during this challenging month.  I am excited to finally share Northlandia with you.

This time, the delay was caused by the fact that as I looked over Northlandia, I realized it was missing something: enemy placement.  Since I could not do this for every module I'd release and needed a comprehensive equipment guide, I had to write one.

So, after a few weeks of doing that, I also have that for you.

As always, feedback is highly welcomed, especially since this is the first module I've released using a sandbox approach, which I should've done from the start.
