Minor quickstart update this week

This week i'll have to make a few minor updates with the quickstart because a lot of outdated info that I didn't delete (i.e., the section about specialties is no longer applicable.
Plus I have to update the equipment chart a bit and add grid pak and grid tool information. I should have it up no later than Wednesday by SHOGUNCAST time.
